9. Refund and cancellation policy 

At nextgenify Academy, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our annual membership. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations and rejoining: 

Refund policy 

• Eligibility for refunds: 
  Members may request a refund within 14 days of their membership start date, provided the following conditions are met: 

• The member has accessed less than 10% of the available content, including live events, workshops or modules. 

• No more than three downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded. 

• Non-refundable circumstances: 

• Refunds are not available after the initial 14-day period, as content is continually added to the membership platform, ensuring ongoing value. 

• Members who exceed the above-stated access limits will not qualify for a refund. 

• Termination of access upon refund: 

• If a refund is granted: 

• Your access to all purchased materials will be terminated immediately. 

• You must delete or destroy any downloaded resources or copies. 

• Request procedure: 

• To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information: 

• Your full name and the email address used for registration. 

• Your membership start date. 

• A brief explanation of your request and confirmation of your eligibility under the above conditions. 

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. 

Cancellation policy 

• Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellation does not qualify for a refund beyond the initial refund period outlined above. 

• Access to all content and resources will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated. 

Rejoining policy 

• Rejoining as a former member: 

• Members who cancel their membership and choose to rejoin at a later date will be required to do so at the current membership rate at the time of re-enrolment. 

• Any prior locked-in or discounted rates (e.g., founding member rates) will not be reinstated. 

• Lifetime rate lock for active members: 

• Founding members or other members with rate guarantees must maintain continuous membership to retain their locked-in rates. Membership cancellations will void any lifetime rate guarantees. 

10. No guarantees or warranties 

While we provide educational resources to help you succeed, we make no guarantees regarding your results. Your outcomes depend on your personal efforts, circumstances and other factors outside our control. 

The Website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. 

11. Limitation of liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

• nextgenify Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or its content. 

• Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.
